General Information

Class Information
All courses commence at 9am and are scheduled to conclude at 5pm. Lunch, morning and afternoon tea are all provided. Manuals, notepads and pens are also provided

Confirmation of Enrolment
Confirmation will be made once we have received a signed registration form. Your official confirmation letter will then be sent via email or fax with course times, location, directions, hotel information etc. You should receive your confirmation letter within 2 business days of registering.

Payment Options
Payment is due upon invoice. Payment can be made by either;

  • Cheque made payable to Business Objects Australia Pty Ltd or
  • Direct Debit into Business Objects bank account (as stated on invoice)

Airfares and Accommodation
If travelling from interstate or overseas, we recommend that you purchase airline tickets that are refundable in the event of a class cancellation. Any hotel accommodation is the responsibility of the student.

Cancellation Policy

Public Courses
A confirmed booking can be cancelled without loss, if at least six (6) business days notice is given prior to the course start date. The full cost will be invoiced if cancellation occurs 5 business days or less, prior to the original course start date. If a student transfers to another course or date within 5 business days of the original class date, a processing fee of $200 will be applied to the transfers.

Public Courses
Private Courses Confirmed private courses cannot be cancelled, however, they may be transferred to another date. A transfer fee of $1,000.00 will apply when a course is transferred. Notification of transfers must be received at least six business days prior to the planned start date.
